Based out of Portland and founded in the '90s, Paramount Plumbing Co is a pool and spa specialist that provides hot tub installation, swimming pool cleaning, swimming pool remodeling and other services. In February 2014, a property owner contracted them for a remodeling project in the Cedar Hills - Cedar Mill North neighborhood using a permit acquired from Washington County. In June of 2011, Paramount Plumbing Co did a remodeling project using a permit acquired from the city of Hillsboro.
