DO NOT HIRE! Alpha Contarctors LLC do not have a legitimate mailing or business address, listing the Post Office at the Portland Airport as their official business address. Jay and Francisco misled us on their abilities and experience for what was supposed to be a half bath addition and full bath remodel. The Alpha crew had to redo almost every single aspect of the work they did from trenching to electrical to plumbing to paint, as they failed time and again to be able to accomplish the work as promised. What was supposed to be a 6-8 week project stretched to over six months and we had to fire them before the project was completed. I could go on and on at the lack of professionalism shown by this company throughout our experience with them. We are sitting here the weekend of Christmas with frozen pipes and no water to the half bath extension they did as their team did not insulate the new pipes added to the exterior wall properly.

It was a disaster. Never on time, argued with me over their clear mistakes, faked a invoice to cover up over charging. And did a terrible job. Had to have them come out several times to finish after the job was complete. Do not pay up front, it is the only way to get them to come back to the finish the project. It turns out that I am not only person that had such a terrible experience, turns out that this his is signature, lots of promises but failed to deliver. DO NOT HIRE.

One of the worst experiences I have had with a contractor, they made a lot of promises and did not deliver even after months of saying they would complete our project we gave up and hired someone else to finish it.

My house was in desperate need of painting and repair do to a lot of weathered wood beams. I had been looking for a good painter for months and had little luck. Other painters would not return my calls; or if they came out they would say they would get back to me and never would. Then a neighbor had their house painted and I asked her for the painter's phone number. I contacted Jay of Alpha Contractors and he came out the next day right on time. He was very professional and courteous. We walked around the house and he gave me some tips on how and what needed to be done. I was impressed that he wanted to give me a written estimate! So many painters just came up with a number and did not want to put anything in writing. I received the estimate several days later and was pleased with the estimate, considering how much work was involved. I signed the contract and work started on the day promised. Three painters arrived early morning and started cleaning, and patching. Jay arrived and we discussed colors. He was very helpful and made some great suggestions. He was very good in taking care of all the small details. Upon completion my wife and I were very pleased with the painting and wood repairs. They also did a great job of cleanup. I would recommend Alpha Contractor's to anyone wanting a great paint job at reasonable price.
