Epitome of Unprofessional, best to steer clear. Initial contact was fine and he came out within a few days to survey the exterior work needed. A quote was promised within 2 weeks. At three weeks and no quote, an email was sent. No response. Then over the next 2 weeks, 3 phone messages asking if he would either provide the quote, or at the very least, let us know if he was refusing the job. That would be okay for whatever reason – we just wanted to know if he was onboard. Well, you will know if he is NOT onboard when you are blatantly ignored. How unprofessional is ignoring a potential customer with no return phone calls? Do not waste your time depending on this small outfit.
