After trying a few other companies I got it right with this one! I was very PLEASED with the urgency, the service, the expertise, and the explanation of all questions that I asked. They went above and beyond my expectations in handling my sudden no heat dilemma. We had called several HVAC contractors out to fix our multi-unit air conditioning system. Everybody else pointed the finger at previous technicians and performed bandaid fixes that lasted a few days to a few weeks. AirServ was professional, showed us where the problems were, explained both the problems and fixes in terms we could understand, then actually fixed the ongoing problems so the system functions properly
