Best Bid Moving

Do yourself a favor and steer clear from this “moving company” this is the shadiest person we have ever come into contact with. We were moving into our new home on March 27th. I contacted Daunte at the end of February, sent my deposit through cash app and was anticipating moving day. March 27th rolls around, we had a meet for 9am. I contacted Duanted at 8:30am realizing i forgot to give him the address. He didn’t even remember booking with us even after he received his deposit. He responded with “who is this, i got a new phone” Our move in for our new home was set for 10am, he pushed it back to 4pm when he could get to us. He had two teenage boys along with him moving our home. They all three were friendly. We did not notice anything wrong until i noticed one of the boys carrying our 55 in TV upside down and caring for it poorly. After the movers had left we started putting things away and noticed upon plugging in our TV it was completely jacked up on the whole right side. Along with a puncture hole on the bottom right side of the TV. Luckily, we have cameras in our home, we contacted Duante after we noticed it. He completely denied everything and basically told us tough shit with a not my problem attitude. We sent him a time stamped video from our camera showing my husband on the tv playing his game just hours before they arrived and after the tv was moved (BY THEM) it was completely screwed. This "business owner" said he would "look into it" and we never heard a thing back from him. He's a shady individual with poor judgment in character, please steer clear! His card says "always moving you forward with integrity, speed and professionalism" what. JOKE. This is laughable, the services we received were completely opposite. Do yourself a favor..look elsewhere hire REAL PROFESSIONALS rather than a bunch of crooks who cannot take ownership for messing up other people's property!
