Buyer beware! Air conditioning wouldn’t work upon move in. Finally got mover to check, fuse panel put in wrong. Adding on custom shelves in living room, a paid option. These shelves cannot have books put on them! So your buying faux shelves. Builder referred to carpenter, he wouldn’t return calls. Very unprofessional.
