Beware Of Edward Holt and Cureall roofing If you Hire them you better have a Building inspector and a lawyer Handy. The Below has been submitted to the States Attorney General I hired Edward Holt of Cure All Roofing to install a new steel roof on my home. The agreed date to start was 6/20/17. I paid him by cashers check #014141 amount was $6000 with the balance due on completion. I did not hear from Mr. Holt till after several attempts to call he finally returned my call and said he had been injured but this I feel was the first of many lies. On approx. 9/4/17 Mr. Holt started installing the roof and was partially completed at the end of the week. There was a piece of soffit left to install he promised me he would be at the end of the week At the end of the week. This was the last I heard from Mr. Holt till Approx. the 2nd week of December when he was installing a roof on my neighbor’s Home that was promised in September. I went over and asked him when He was going to complete My Roof and he replied As soon as I complete this Job. As Witnessed By My Neighbor Lorraine Cardoza I never heard from or saw Mr. Holt again after this conversation. On Approx. 02 -16-2018 I was Contacted by My other Neighbor Mr Greg Stubbs and he told me it looked like My Roof was crooked and it looked like it was trying to come up in several locations. I then Contacted a Building inspector at a cost of $75.00 and you will find the following Issues he found with the roof written Report Enclosed. I then Contacted Donahue roofing and have Mr. Clint Donahue come out and give me an estimate on repairs to my New roof. The following were the issues he found. Mr. Donahue Contact information is 301 Minnesota Ave West Plains Mo 65775 Phone number is 417-256-4673 The following was found in need of repair By Mr. Donahue The Panels needed to be crimped to prevent Movement. Replace Piece of roofing material that Mr. Holt has nailed to house Instead of Using the originally agreed upon Cedar that would have matched the house. The Piece of metal he attached had a very good chance of leaking it was found as an issue not only by Building inspector but also Donahue roofing. Remove and replace 2 panels of the roof that Mr. Holt had cut and installed with some form of Tape or glue as they was a good chance they would leak in the near future. Fix Rake trim with 2 new panels of steel. Remove and replace 2 steel Panels to relocate Sewage Exhaust Vent That Mr holt Had placed in the center Rib of a steel Panel this was mentioned in the Building inspectors report. Mr Donahue also informed me there was not enough ventilation in the roof and if he were to install Vents in the peak it would be cost prohibitive he suggested Gable vents this was also noted in the Building inspection report. The above work was completed on approx. 04-06-2018 at which time I paid Donahue Roofing $2000.00 Check Number 015410 I then contacted Feller Construction Address 829 main St West Plains Mo 657756 Mr. Feller Came out and inspected the inside of roof and verified the need for some form of venting. And gave me a written estimate of $500 to Install Gable vents and Fans provided I purchase Vents and Fans. This work was completed on Approx.7-23-2018 for a cost of $460.00Paid By Cashier’s Check #015967 plus Cost of the vents which were $205.20 Cost of the Vent Fans which was $258.00? My total out of Pocket expenses were $2998.00 Plus round trip Mileage to and from Jefferson City Missouri 322 Miles Plus Round trip to Springfield Missouri 222 Miles To Purchase Vents and Exhaust Fans

we had Cureall Roofing come and roof our home this last spring, I was really impressed with how well there clean up was . they had to tearoff two layers of shingles and had only the drive way to pull into they carried all that waste to one spot and the crew was very curtious. These guys are who id recommend to everyone they are awesome and very well priced .
