Kephart's General Contracting

We called Joe for an estimate on a small yard fence project for my mother in law . Joe was very upfront and told us if we wanted someone less expensive to call one of the chain stores. So after talking we decided to hold on the project, BUT while he was there she had some other work that she was wanting to be done. What started as a call for a fence turned into a whole house clean out (hoarder situation), then a beautifully updated kitchen remodel. A new front porch and railing fix, new flooring through the downstairs (in progress ) and the fence too, afterall. Everything is beautiful, attention to detail was fantastic. Per my request, he kept us updated every step of the way, phone calls and pictures. He worked with us on our time line and around us. He did the projects he could till we got what we needed to do done there. My M.I.L is over the moon thrilled. . Joe gets a 5 star rating!!! Fair, honest and trustworthy. We won't be calling anone else for future projects. Joe is our go to guy. Thanks Joe!
