Quality work, cooperation and understanding. Nathan came in late in a real estate transaction and saved the day. His measured, calm, reasonable approach to educating me about the problems and options is greatly appreciated. He also worked hard to coordinate with the county health department to get things signed off in time for closing, after the county waited and waited to do their inspection.
