The kitchen island and bar features a Blanco double bowl sink with a Blanco Linus pull-out faucet. A new window is surrounded by Starmark Farmington maple cabinets with white tinted varnish and Schuab pulls. This Hillcrest, San Diego kitchen remodel incorporates the vintage feeling of an old house with modern conveniences. Hard wood floors and solid Westwood Rustic Tuscany finished cabinets compliment the stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops with full height back splashes. This remodeled Fallbrook bathroom was transformed to open up the space and bring in natural light. Light pental quartz counter tops and gray Arizona Tile's Metalwood series Argento tile contrast a dark shower and Java stained Lyptus Starmark Cabinetry. The large walk-in shower features a Hansgrohe Samset rain shower head with additional hand shower as well as a shower bench and Moen grab bar. This remodeled Escondido kitchen uses colonial gold granite counter tops on both the cabinets and island to accent the maple wood Starmark cabinets with with Richleau doors and drawers. The island cabinets have paprika finish while the wall cabinets are finished with buttercream and bronze glaze. A crisp linen color backsplash with luminary gold rope tile compliments the stainless steel appliances and balances out the light hardwood floors. The remodeled laundry room features colonial gold granite counter tops and Starmark maple wood cabinets with a butter cream bronze glaze. This San Carlos transformation features a Starmark maple corona villa black finish vanity with Piedrafina glacier white counter tops. The pre-primed colonial style baseboards tie together the vanity with the double-head shower with a bench seat. This recently completed Carmel Valley remodeled kitchen features sleek white cabinets, Silestone Pulsar quartz counter tops with a white subway tile backsplash, and a Kohler Karbon faucet. The 2 bar areas combine modern white cabinets with a natural element of shimmer abalone backsplash. The powder bathroom remodel highlights a Stamark cabinets with Tempo finish, Silestone countertop and shimmer teal mosaic tile surrounding a framed mirror. The secondary bathroom's pocket door allows a full shower in this unique design of granite counter top with Emzer - Vista Tiozzo mosaic backspash and detail in the shower. The laundry room was updated to include upper and lower cabinets for extra storage, a folding area, plus a utility sink.

One of the main features in this master bathroom remodel is the Barclay Libretto 67" slipper White Freestanding tub with the Moen Roman Tub Valve on a seperate ledge with a granite top. The unique double sink vanit has a granite and double IPT undermount oval sinks with Moen Bridgeford wall-mount faucets. The decorative tile is Sahara Melange 1x1 liner is used as a backsplash, around the tub and in the shower. The floor tile is Lucerne Grassen 20x20 and in the shower is is the Lucerne Grassen in 7x7 with the 13x13. The back splash is a glass backsplash and this kitchen has stainless steel appliances.
