I had a pretty unfortunate experience with Shawn the owner. Firstly, he hit my car with his trailer as he was driving very aggressively in traffic during rush hour in Knoxville. I chased/stopped him & he said "he didn't know he hit me". I probably should have called the police, but I always try to be an understanding, forgiving follower of Christ - so instead we made an agreement that he would pay for the damages. We exchanged information and went on about our day. After finding a used bumper from a junk yard, I called him & left a voice mail, texted, called again a couple days later. No response. Totally ignoring my calls. I was only requesting $200 just for repairs. I wouldn't trust anyone with such low character to be doing any professional work for me. I advise you to do the same. Who knows what kind of shortcuts such a low life would take. I don't normally like to bad mouth anyone, but I feel that everyone should know what sort of person they are dealing with here.
