My wife and I purchased a fence from Bryant Fence in 12/2020. The salesperson, Sam, gave us a quote (attached). Please note that the quote has 2 items checked. First item is that the fence is 6 INCHES WITHIN my property and second that Property pins were FOUND. Sam also assured me all required calls would be made my Bryant Fence for local regulations regarding the installation. As a pharmacist, I am not in the business of building fences and was assured by Bryant Fence in all verbal communications this would be a smooth and easy installation following all codes and property lines; all I needed to do was write the check. HOWEVER, what the company does not tell you, is that the contract sent to your email shortly after accepting the quote has SMALL PRINT that states any fence incorrectly installed outside your property lines by the company is 100% your responsibility. I don't know about you, but when the quote has two check-boxes assuring property lines are appropriately assessed, I put my confidence in said company knowing what they are doing. This was not communicated verbally at all by Sam or any associate of Bryant Fence and the QUOTE itself indicates that the company has taken care of these issues by checking these boxes (attached). Why else would these boxes exist if not to communicate to the customer that this work was properly done? Anyways, in 12/2021, right after I have installed 150 feet of french drain around the fence perimeter and stained the fence myself, my neighbor has a surveyor come and inform me the fence had been installed about 8 FEET into his yard, most likely because Bryant Fence had installed the fence based on my NEIGHBORS property pins. I then immediately emailed Bryant Fence and spoke to manager, Robin Hurst, who said the home owner assumes ALL RESPONSIBILITY despite the items checked by their company in the quote and their previous verbal communications (see attached). They would not stand by their work or admit to an egregious mistake on their part. To add insult, she also said she would be willing to fix the issue at 100% cost, no discount or anything to make the situation right. Email is attached as well. They will not receive a penny more from me. I will have to personally deconstruct and rebuild the fence myself, on my own time. I worry for those who may be older or not strong enough to dig the fence posts/or have the time to do so. They will be exploited. I recommend anyone to AVOID this company if they want to be confident that their fence is built on their property lines. The company is not professional and does not admit to serious mistakes when they make them. Don't just take my word for it, there are other google reviews with the same issue as my own. Do not trust this company! They will not stand by their work or the statements plainly listed on their quotes and will instead hide behind fine print in an online contract that is not communicated face to face during the transaction. On another note, the employees during install left an enormous mud mess along the fence and did not clean up after installation. I had to shovel and bag all the left over clay mud myself. They also left saw blades (about 5) all across my yard. If I had children, they could have stepped on these and injured themselves. The company is careless in this regard. Do not spend your hard earned money on this company's services. There are better companies out there who follow the appropriate regulations and have much better customer service. I know Bryant Fence will probably reply on this post and negate much of what I am saying based on the "fine print" they hide after you accept their quote but CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED.

Great service, fast installation, crew was great. We made a couple of changes to the plan and they were helpful thru it all. Will definitely use again.

David Bryant just installed a fence for me and I'm very disappointed. When discussing with his sales rep I told him I wanted the smooth side turned in on the sides and the back of the fence. I have a neighbor with a fence that looked the way I wanted mine and I pointed it out to the sales rep and we discuss the pros and cons of putting the smooth side of the fence on the inside. It was installed with the smooth side out on all sides. I informed David Bryant and he said they would correct the issue and his rep admitted to me on the phone that he had failed to write the instructions on the work order. 3 weeks later they came to work on it. When I got home I found many of the boards several inches off the ground, enough for a small animal to get out. When initially installed they all ran along the ground. I asked the crew to fix it and they refused. I call Mr. Bryant and he arrived at my house an hour later and his crew began moving the boards down. I also pointed out to Mr. Bryant that in numerous places shims had been used instead of a full board and that I understood the need for them at the end of a row but not throughout the fence and that I wouldn't pay until it was correct. He threatened me with legal action and told his crew to begin taking down the back 3 sides of the fence. His behavior was very unprofessional. I managed to get them to stop but not before being bullied by Mr. Bryant and being told that my contract said the boards were to be installed on the outside of the fence, which it does not, and him telling me he was doing me a favor by not charging me to fix his error. I have not yet made final payment and have hired a professional inspector to evaluate the fence. Mr. Bryant told me he has no intention of correcting the incorrectly installed boards. It looks horrible. I'll have to hire someone else to replace and move the boards.
