Northland Door Systems

I have a 12 year old garage door. Last year a service tec fixed the opener problem and serviced the chain drive. I was really grateful that I didn't need a new opener. This year I was extremely worried when the remotes didn't close the door - only raised it. I called their office in Prairie du Sac. The woman who answered asked me the problem. I explained and she directed me so that the problem was quickly solved. The door sensor was being blocked. With her direction the problem was solved. I told her she should be a service tec, and that she was an Angel. Whenever I have further problems. I know who to call. Thanks so much! Bob
