Highly recommended. Mark was a pleasure to work with. Quick to respond, and very thorough with his inspection. Took time to go over the details of his reports with us in person at the houses and really helped us understand the condition of the homes. We've found that if you're not terribly knowledgeable about home maintenance and repair (which we're not) then the inspection report can be a bit daunting. Mark walked us through the details and explained which items called out in the report were inexpensive / easy to fix, and which were larger issues. Being informed gave us the confidence to make our big decision. I would absolutely use his services again when purchasing a home. Money well spent!
