Restore long overdue fir and spruce siding. This property probably should have been done 5-6 years ago. We were able to remove all of the dry wood fiber, most of the black mildew stains and the weathered grey stains. 2 coats of Flood's Spa & Deck in a natural finish were applied. We sprayed and bankrolled both coats for full uniformity and maximum adhesion.

These cabinets were 15 year old pickled finish cabinets. These cabinets were very outdated and is typical for this finish: they became very uneven in color. We started with our usual thorough prep followed by 1 coat of primer for adhesion. We sanded this smooth and then topcoat the cabinets with 2 coats of enamel. Next came the hand applied distressed glaze to give the cabinets character. Then we top-coated it all with 2 coats of a very high quality acrylic satin finish for protection. This acrylic finish will not yellow like the original. Lastly we drilled the doors and drawers for new handles and pulls to finish off this upscale finish.
