Prescott Green Builders, originally formed in 2006 as ForesteHolmes LLC, is responding to an increasing demand in the Prescott area for a general contractor with the knowledge and skills for constructing progressive, high-performance custom homes. We construct attractive homes of all sizes and styles that meet or exceed performance standards set for energy efficiency, resource efficiency, water efficiency, and indoor air quality. Prescott Green Builders is an approved builder in the EPA Energy Star and DOE Builder's Challenge programs, and is a certified contractor in the EPA Indoor AirPlus program Prescott Green Builders management has a lifetime of construction experience and Prescott-area residential construction experience since 1997.
