Here in Texas it's already getting just a bit warm to not have A/C. We went to turn our unit on, and started hearing a clanking noise from our unit. So we turn it off, and give our community RAY-BOY A/C & HEATING SERVICE COMPANY a call. Wes Ray came out and took a look at it. Mind you that our unit is not even 3 years old yet, it sprang a leak in the evaporative coil, and leaked all the refrigerant out. Wes let us know what was going on with it, and had us check the warranty on it. Turns out that there was a defect on that part. We was able to pick up another one for us, and replace, and charge our unit back up in no time at all. He also gave us some great advice too. Our condenser coil was all caked up with dust and dirt from some of the sand that blows from the crop field by us. He suggested that we check and clean it a couple of times a year to prolong the life of our unit. Wes Ray is a very honest and reasonable man, and will do what he needs to do to get you back up and running. Many, many thanks to you!
