I've delayed writing this review but feel it's time to put a review out. Although David is a nice enough guy, the experience I had was very negative. The whole situation was quite unprofessional. They almost dropped the tree right on my house. Even so, branches from the tree hit the house and deck and damaged my gutters so until I can afford to get it fixed, I get reminded of their carelessness as rain pours from the area of damage. I wasn't aware of the effect the damage would have until it rained well after they left the job. They broke additional items and left more of a mess than agreed on. They dropped part of another tree on my neighbors tree as well. It just wasn't a good experience whatsoever. I'm giving them one star because at least David credited me a small amount but not nearly enough to cover the damage and clean up. I was just done with them and didn't pursue it further. So my recommendation is that if you use them, stand by to supervise every bit of work.

Very great work cut trees perfect ground stumps ,cleaned up great will use again and recommend. Good people. Thanks David. Gws

David Cook and his crew arrived right on the time I was told. It was Less than 2 hours, work and clean- up was completed. You could never tell that two trees stood in the work area. Very quick to respond and the pricing was great..I will definitely be calling again and highly recommend Palmetto Pros.
