I had an issue with one of my units I own and had no time to go over and check out the issue with my tenants. I stumbled upon PBCS and they called me back in 1 minute of submitting a request and assigned me someone to go look at my condo very quickly. The owner has followed up with me multiple times and went the extra mile. It is not often you actually find someone who is passionate about their job and wanting to win over new clients. If you need a handyman to take care of something, this company has great rates, professional service, and are used to handling various tasks that may present themselves in your home or rentals. I would suggest you give them a try.
