About Derman Homes
"Dedicated to guiding our clients through a positive building experience and building lasting relationships." Derman Homes is a custom home builder, offering new home design and construction, renovations and remodeling, and consulting services where you can be in control of building or remodeling your home. Mark Derman, owner of Derman Homes, is a State Certified Building Contractor who has been building and remodeling homes since 1986. He oversees all of his construction projects himself and stays with each project until completion. Mark has earned the "CAPS" (Certified Aging in Place Specialist) designation from the National Home Builders Association and is currently the Co-Chair of the Remodeler's & Green Building Council of the Home Builders and Contractors Association of Brevard. We are located on the Space Coast of Florida, 45 miles east of Orlando, 125 miles south of Jacksonville, and 180 miles north of Miami; serving the Central and North Brevard County area which includes Cape Canaveral, Cocoa Beach, South Patrick Shores, Satellite Beach, Indian Harbor Beach, Indialantic, Merritt Island, Melbourne, Viera, Suntree, Rockledge, Cocoa, Titusville, Mims and Scottsmoor.

We've used Mark Derman twice now for complete remodeling of our Condo in Cape Canaveral. Once 9yrs ago for a rental and then in April 2018 for a remodel of the same property for our personal use. We couldn't be more pleased with the service we received from Mark. He was very easy to work with and kept us updated on the different tradesmen and their schedule. Would highly recommend Mark to anyone looking for a small or large remodel. Mark only uses highly qualified and licensed professionals that are courteous and respectful.
