| Reconstruction of Garage Wall | Dec 2018 | This was a needed to redone due to a tenant running her car into section that protects 3 1/2 inch plumbing drain coming from second floor. Framing of the wall needed replaced also 2 sheets of 3/4 inch drywall. As this project was under way the owner wanted secoundry outlet installed to the right for sptinkler system was located.
