Pressure washed entire house, sprayed down the water stained wood with Behr deck wash, where there were spots that were hard to get the old stain off we used Behr stain remover to get the old latex stain off the wood, sanded the railing to remove to stain on the front porch and to smooth out the rough wood from years of weather abuse, sprayed the house with 2 coats of Olympic elite oil based stain ( only did 2 coats because the homeowner wanted the color darker ), recaulked all the seams on the trim and Windows with clear 50 year silicone where the weather had caused the old caulk to peel away, painted all the windows with Sherwin Williams Duration paint ( vinyl safe ) homeowner wanted them to blend into the walls, cut trim near Windows on the west side to hang custom shutters made out of a hinged privacy screen.

We painted the entire interior. Fixed holes in walls. Built a closet in the basement to make the room a bedroom. Added a wall where it was previously removed to make another bedroom. Put in new sink and appliances. Did trim work that had been missing and or damaged.
