I contracted with Bruce D Ladd Co. to replace my home electrical panel and install a 30AMP interlocked generator hook-up on the outside of the house. The electrician, Jason Smith, and his assistant arrived on time (8am) and fully prepared with all materials needed. The installation was completed and fully tested by 12:30pm. The work was neat and professional and the work area completely cleaned prior to completion. The quoted price was excellent. No up-selling and no extra charges. I paid exactly what was quoted. I am completely satisfied with the work performed by Jason S. and Bruce D Ladd Co. And I'll sleep a little better, knowing I'll have power in the event of an emergency outage. Eric H.
