Chandler Construction Group

We hired Josh Finnegan, working under this name "Chandler Construction Group" (check is written to his name), to repair 2 leaks in our roof. He claimed many times to give a "1 year warranty" on the work. After he and his "Construction Group" did their work, both leaks were still leaking. He promised to come back out and take a look, and then never showed. Eventually, he stopped responding to us. We sued him, he never showed, and the judge awarded us a default judgment. However, he has yet to pay us the nearly $2,000 back. We had to spend another $2,000 hiring a different contractor to repair the leaks that he never did. So far, he's effectively stolen $2,000 that would have gone to our children's college educations and shown no remorse. Do not hire.
