Put a $2300 deposit down for a pellet stove on Dec. 20. Almost 4 months later still don't have one. Called dozens of times, emailed, and texted the office manager, to no avail. Contacted Dept. of L&I, Washington State attorney general, and BBB. All three have tried to get them to respond with no luck. Finally got an attorney to help me recover my money. Awful, dishonest people. They literally stole my money! The BBB has now revoked their accreditation and have given them a big fat "F"!

We had them perform Tuckpoint on an extensive area of stairs, sidewalk, driveway, etc. They were expensive ($5000) and wanted full payment when they were close to being done. We withheld a small sum to insure they returned to finish. But they never returned to finish and now we cannot get another contractor to finish the job and they will not return our phone calls.
