Beware!!! do not give money to this contactor. We provided them $27,022 on March 5th 2020. As of 8/17/2020 Jim still was unable to even contact the city yet to start the project. As of 9/1/2020 no work was preformed expect cameras being put up and a 10' trailer filled of trash from the project and incorrect plans drawn up. As per Jim the cost of the plans, cameras being put up, planning(?), and the filling of a 10' trailer came to a cost of over 24k.
