We are a husband and wife team, and have remodeled and repaired hundreds of homes in our 18+ years in business. We are fully licensed, bonded, and insured, and have many customer references that we would be happy to provide. Although our main focus is on interior projects, L & L Remodeling has connections to other contractors and suppliers who can assist us as needed with just about any projects our customer may have in the South King or Pierce County areas. We are proud of the fact that well over 85% of our business has come through repeat work and referrals from past customers. It's our belief that we should keep our customers informed all the way through the project so that expectations can be made clear, and then met. We are experienced at anticipating potential challenges that may arise, and planning ahead for them. We know how frustrating it can be to get hit with extra after extra during a renovation, so we try to minimize the "surprises". We provide high quality work, fair pricing, friendly people, and the project done as quickly as possible to minimize our customer's inconvenience.
