*THIS HOME SOLD IN 3 DAYS FOR TOP DOLLAR* A complete remodel from top to bottom. KITCHEN: Designed and remodeled the kitchen with full ceiling height mocha colored cabinets with crown molding. Installed 12"x24" tile flooring and solid quartz for the counter tops. Installed all new stainless steel appliances. LIVING ROOM: All the hardwood flooring was refinished. New trim custom trim and interior doors. Custom mantle was built and installed along with glass fireplace doors. BATHROOMS: All bathrooms were remodeled with new plumbing, paint, vanity cabinets, quartz counter tops, toilets, lighting fixtures, and 12'x24' tile. BASEMENT: The basement was redesigned and then framed to make it more functional. It received plumbing, electrical, drywall, texture, doors, trim, paint, and new carpet. EXTERIOR: The homeowner wanted us to come up with a new look for the front of the house to give it more street appeal. We redesigned it and wound up tearing off a porch section and knee braces that just did not look good. All new hardy-plank siding went up with custom post wraps which made the front of the house really pop. Exterior paint and a little landscaping and this project was wrapped up.
