Runland Painting

I don't write many reviews but I feel it important that for those in need of a local painting company they should know about Runland Painting. The property we asked them to paint was somewhat typical of most 25 year old spec houses in the area, but it did have a few nuances which would test the skills of the Runland Team. We asked John to choose a color matching our brown motif which was also close to the original interior paint. His color choice was ideal. The house was empty of furniture, the carpet was being replaced, the laminate was also being replaced but with red oak hardwood, and the existing red oak was to be refinished giving the painting crew some latitude on prep work. Even so, they still prepped as if the floors were new. Upon completion, as with any project, there was a punch list to address. The salesman, Mason, inspected the site a few days later to assess the scope of work we'd like remedied, then returned the next day with a small crew to complete the tasks at hand. There was now reason to cover the floors and they did a superb job of laying plastic and paper down then masked it all. The punch list was completed in a few hours as they took their time making sure every detail was accounted for. They also took a good deal of time to clean up which was greatly appreciated. John always responded to my emails (I use email far more the a phone) and even met me at his home one night during the process. We had the utmost confidence in his work after speaking with Mason, and in his trustworthiness; both have proven to be accurate impressions. Runland Painting will return in the Spring to paint the exterior of the home and we are looking forward to it

Runland Painting did an excellent job on our exterior paint job. We came home everyday and saw lots of progress being made. Its scary as a homeowner to have people you don't know at your house while your away. We didn't have that struggle as its obvious John chooses his employees carefully. It was apparent that care was being taken around our house. The crew did an amazing job and left our property cleaner then it was when they arrived.

Its easy to see why Runland Painting is the talk of my neighborhood. They were recommended to us by many neighbors who have used them. John and his team were amazing to work with. The crews showed up on time every morning and got right to work. I was amazed to see these guys working over 10 hour days to get our project done in a timely manor. Jorge the lead was informative and attended to any concerns we had. We are very happy with the quality of the work and the respect they had for our property.

As a Sr. Citizen who has hired many services in the past, or someone who has been around the block a few times, I'm happy to say that you and your company are very impressive. Your crew was focused and professional in all tasks they performed. They were friendly polite. and always had smiles on their faces and they answered my questions without hesitation. I believed I would have to replace the siding on the west side of the house, but after the work your crew did, I feel confident the original siding will hold up for several more years. I'm also very pleased with the refinishing of the deck. My house and deck look beautiful! The Customer Service Runland offers is that of a Company that cares about its' customers.
