Very unprofessional business tactics! Sales manager debited my credit card with out proper explanation or authorization for additional amount. I only found out a couple of week later by my credit card company sending me a statement showing the debit. When I confronted the sales person she just sent me a copy of the bill weeks after the transaction took place. Sales person also strongly referred a sub par tile installer that left my back door open and water running on my house and another occasion left the garage door open. Overcharged me for his work and then explained to me that he was giving the sales person a referral fee "kick back"
