He did great! ( a.k.a he's my dad!)

Jon did a bathroom update and placed put plywood down over a badly damaged plank floor. The work was excellent. I literally can not tell you of one thing that I was disappointed with. While refinishing the bath, one of the most difficult tasks was to remove a very old vent and replace it with a modern unit. Not only did he verify and ensure the electricity was proper, he repaired the bore hole in the brick so the new unit fit snug and securely. This is the sort of thing most contractors screw up or blow past. He also saved us a ton of money by doing a vinyl lamenant installation on the floor for less than half of what the dealers wanted for the labor. Most importantly, however, was his willingness to listen to us, and work with us. He supplied some materials, we supplied others. He made sure that the finished job was going to meet our expectations. One last cudo. The man is as calm as they come. Even if there is an issue, you can be sure he will be professional and just deal with it. Whats not to love. Planning on him finishing my attic as soon as I can find my attic.

Jonathan consulted with us every step of the way. Very comfortable having him in our home. Did a great job. He will come back in 2015 to do more projects for us (he was booked out until then - 2015 the soonest we could get him back!).

Easy to work with Jon and a true professional. Completed everything on time and cleaned up everything when the job was done. Quality is A+
