My wife and I live in a nice mobile home park. A time came when we wanted an outbuilding. So I applied to the park for a permit to build an outbuilding. They told me NO, that to build one takes to long and they did not want folks driving through here to see on going construction for a long period of time. Further that if I wanted an out building that I needed to buy one already built and have it delivered. Well I contacted Phil Kulp and told him my problem and that I wanted him to build it and gave him a drawing. I then asked him if he could commit to building this out building within a very short timeline. He came back with a two day timeline and I took this plan to the Park board. I got approval based on Phil's word and ability to build this out building within two days. Two days later we have a fine out building the way I wanted it built and the way Phil engineered it. I especially like the high walls which gives one more room to hang "stuff" as we Americans like to do. The building is going on 7 years old now and the roofing and the windows along with the rest of the building show no signs of weathering/wear Gary Howard Phil gets 5 stars *****
