Worst contractor ever. I didn’t want to have to do this because I love giving people the benefit of the doubt but a one month job turned into three months and now doesn’t answer his phone or messages. this guy makes his workers go to the house to do a “job” and never once does he think to stop by and check if the workers are doing the right job or check the job period. For a whole month two workers were working the basement and didn’t finish because there was never any material to work with. The contractor would buy materials little by little and have workers come do the job and then the workers would leave home early or sit around on their phones for the rest of the day because there was NO materials to work with. I know I’m repeating myself but I’m frustrated because my mom gave him all of his money to get the work done and once she did it was hard to get back in contact with him. My mom thinks there are people out there like her who are honest and don’t lie but she learned the hard you’re never supposed to pay the full amount of money for a job to get done til the job gets done. This whole situation has caused so much problems for my family because everybody is arguing with each other about the situation which in turn is making my moms blood pressure fo through the roof. She’s been stressed out and can’t sleep and going out of her mind and that’s not okay. I didn’t know he had a Facebook page otherwise I would’ve went on here and looked through his pictures; if you look through pictures you will see that he never has a finished job put up at all. All you see is demolition and then an in between photo never an after photo. My mom would call him Constantly to make a new deal with just so we can finally finish the basement but never replies back or answers. There were a couple times where for a week we would try to call him and he doesn’t answer so we use our friends cellphone numbers and he would pick up right away. But for awhile he would tell us his phone doesn’t work or doesn’t receive phone calls but once we called from a different number all of a sudden his phone would work. This guy is not professional. I’m pretty sure this review would probably get deleted like ALL of his other reviews but I hope at least one person sees this so they won’t have to go through what we went through. It’s going on four months now and we still don’t have a finished basement. Not to mention the fact that my dad helped out with most of the work and he finished the floors (like about 60% was done) and laundry room by himself. My dad is a 60 year old man with diabetes and he’s over here finishing up a job that was paid for and was supposed to be done three months ago! I don’t have pictures on my phone of the non finished job but my dad does and I’ll post those when I get them.
