  | Delaware Porch Rebuild | Feb 2016 | We removed the old porch, which was falling apart and in desperate need of repair, and built a whole new one. The only thing we didn't replace was the roof. The homeowner will be painting when the weather starts to behave. We really wanted to keep the original style of this porch. We also repaired the steps on the back of the house and installed some lattice around the back deck. | $12k | Delaware, OH |
  | Delaware Bath Remodel | Feb 2016 | We did a full remodel on this space by removing the original and starting from scratch. Adding in new electric and insulation along the way. The shower is cultured marble Pearl from Heritage Marble Inc. featuring the Moments faucet collection by American Standard and Basco shower door. Our carpenter custom installed marble trim around the window to match the shower walls. The vanity cabinet and top are from Easyfit Products, the top is Luna Pearl granite and the cabinet is Medallion Gold Maple New Castle Carriage Black Heirloom with a distressed finish. The sink is from Kraus with a Moments vessel faucet in chrome. This bathroom really presents a clean modern look. To top it off we installed 12 x 24 Mark Chrome Matt flooring tiles from Hamilton Parker Company with Sterling Silver grout. We also installed a new American Standard Cadet Pro right height elongated toilet with a slow close lid.
