I was so excited to get my paint project going! I talked to Ms. Underwood over the phone on Tuesday and she set up a time to come to my house on Friday morning. I took off work and stayed home to meet her and she never showed up. She never called or emailed. I called her when she was an hour late and I left a message on her voicemail since she never answered. Then, I sent her an email about thirty minutes later. I think I was pretty understanding in asking her to please let me know what was going on. It is now Monday and I have heard nothing. I missed a half a day of work (and pay) and have gotten NO where on the project that she SEEM interested in doing. I am quite disappointed at the lack of communication and now I am back to "square one" on my project too.
