David, As I’ve said many times, I hate that you’ve had so many issues. But as I’ve also shown you on the numerous occasions I’ve willingly helped and answered your questions, the issues you had were in fact documented, recommending further evaluation by a licensed specialist in those respective areas. The items that were not tested were outlined in the agreement that you signed before the inspection was performed, as well as noted on the report itself. I hate that you feel these are excuses, but I do my very best to treat every house as if my family were going to be moving in. With that said, once the inspection is over, it is the client’s responsibility to act accordingly with the information provided. I wish you the best going forward. Brett
