Work took longer than quoted, figured out why was most likely he was too busy getting high... I wondered why he kept taking SO MANY breaks when the work was ove due... On top of it..... I Found drug paraphernalia be under the porch!!! Use caution... Could cost you more than just a bad timeframe hiring this guy!!
