Hicks Garage Doors

Other than a little grease a couple of times, I've done nothing with our garage door/opener for the 22 years we've lived in our house. The spring to our garage door finally broke this week. I looked at doing it myself and decided, I don't have time to fiddle with it, and I need a garage door that can open without me lifting it! Also, our opener was a single frequency model that was probably a security issue waiting to happen - we'd gotten 22 years out of both, it was a good run, time to refresh it all.
