We have loved working with Terry and his team. My guest house went from a drab eyesore to an adorable cottage with a cute front porch! We found some surprise problems inside the walls, as is bound to happen with an old building, and Terry addressed them with skill and with surprising affordability. We've had contractors pile on extra charges as soon as things went sideways and Terry didn't do that. He stays personally involved and his work is very high quality at a great price.
