A year later we have paint chipping. We asked to have someone fix per our 2 year warranty. Scott the owner spoke to us like we were stupid for not fixing it ourselves. Ridiculous! We asked him 20 times about the paint on the trim because we didn’t want to have to touch up every year. He said it’s the best paint around and won’t have to touch it for a long time. Horrible customer service. And horrible attitude.

We had a vision of the perfect sunroom. Scott and the impressive crew of Triangle Deck Builders (TDB) took our vision to a whole other level! From the moment they started, our project became the talk of the neighborhood. A double sided fireplace created two areas to design and the input from TBD simplified the process and we are extremely pleased with the end result! After our initial meeting, Scott provided a quote and surpassed what he'd offered. The TDB crew never missed a day and our project moved along as promised.
