As a Maintenance Supervisor for the past eight years I have gained extensive experience in appliance repair, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, painting, door and window repair and drywall repairs. My previous knowledge working as a Foreman for a construction company gives me an advantage in understanding structural design and procedures in developing and constructing new properties. I have completely renovated homes and flipped houses. I have Associate's Degree in HVAC and very strong mechanical background. With the above mentioned I can accomplish any residential task or project.
