Installation of laminate flooring on a slab foundation. Homeowners had removed previous laminate and shoe molding prior to our work. With pre-paid materials all we needed to do was pick up the materials at their hometown Lowes. After inspecting the roll that was cut-there was ripples down the middle of it. After the helpful associate re-cut our new material we installed the new laminate flooring with glue to secure down the flooring. after cutting to fit and as a courtesy, putting the shoe molding back on the baseboard, we drilled holes into the slab and inserted wooden dowels to attach the threshold from their mud room to a carpeted hallway. As a courtesy as well, we caulked all nail holes, cracks and joints for the homeowners.

This project involved replacing sections of shingles and sealing others that have started to curl up. Materials included 1 bundle of Moire black shingles and 2 tubes of roof cement. We have noticed a trend in poor quality of roofing material and installation in this particular culdesac. I.e 1 nail for a 3 tab shingle, improper overlapping, etc. Our goal was to not just repair ones that were visibly damaged but provide preventative maintenance to shingles starting to curl up and seal them to prolong the homeowners roof as long as possible.
