After years of issues with the unit installed by All American, I brought in another company to review the installation. They found that All American: -had failed to properly support the air handler -had failed to install the drainage pipes correctly -had miswired the air handler, causing the fan to run at full speed instead of correctly adapting to the dual stage unit. All American not only failed to install the unit correctly, then repeatedly failed to diagnose the issues on later visits. All American now won't return my calls. The other company made the repairs, and the unit now works great.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with this company. After having some unhealthy experiences with "big name" companies, I found All American by looking at online reviews and what other people had to say. I want to share my experience now in case others are doing the same. My husband and I knew that something was drastically wrong with our HVAC system, and early on a Saturday morning, with out of town guests on the way, we discovered a non-working system and a wet ceiling in our second floor laundry. Not only did someone pick up the phone early on a Saturday morning, they sent someone out within a few hours, a consultant later that day, and on the following Wednesday our new system was installed. The installation crew was on time, super courteous, and had a very extensive job completed and running by 2:30 p.m. They helped us out with financing and were able to give us several options, without trying to push us into something specific. The responsiveness to questions, phone calls, texts, on site questions has been PHENOMENAL! I will be sticking with this company!!!
