Do not use this company. We hired them off of uhauls moving help based on their reviews. The owner emailed for information and confirmed a 9:00 start time. I called him the night before and we chatted about the move. I emailed after for a confirmation and he said 9:00 would work. Moving day they didn’t come and didn’t call. We called several times on different numbers and their phone just rang and went to voice mail. We also emailed with no response. After 2 hours I finally canceled them through uhaul and immediately he called and asked if I hired someone else. He said they had car trouble. He didn’t bother to tell me this earlier this morning when we needed them. When he asked if I still needed help I said yes and he said well I’m sorry I’m not going to be able to make it, and then he hung up. Don’t waste your time and money. Hire someone reliable instead.

Showed up almost 2 hours late to our 2 hour agreed upon time slot which as you can imagine threw off our entire day with childcare, truck rental, other hired help for unpacking, etc. Services were paid for in advance based on conversation but he did not confirm anything until 11:45pm the evening before. I wasn’t worried initially because they were recommended to me. Not to mention, the delay pushed our schedule into the hottest part of the day - we had it scheduled early for a reason. Kenyor was unreachable initially when I attempted to reach out to see where he was. When he eventually rolled in, him and his helper spent their time loading the small items I could have done myself even though I told him I needed him to move big items and then he had the audacity to charge us for an additional hour to get the large stuff loaded on the truck. We had no choice since we were already 2 hours behind now and the movers to unload the truck on the other end were waiting. I had a baby within the last month and could not lift much and my husband couldn’t lift by himself. Cost us extra time and money all around. They are lucky I had to leave to meet our other help at our new place because if he were to ask me for additional funds for the extra hour I would have laughed in his face. But my husband gave him the money. In exchange I will do my best to share this story on every outlet possible so that he will stop scamming others. Go ahead and read other reviews on him, as I should have. Also his helper clearly was high and dropped several boxes so we ended up with several broken items even though all boxes were clearly labeled with “fragile” stickers. Cannot stress to you how unprofessional this company is and how you should RUN not walk to another company. Pay the extra for real professionals, was totally not worth the stress on moving day.

I can’t say enough about Kenyor and his crew. I called them at 10 am today in a bind because the company I had originally hired didn’t bother to show up. After completing a job in front of us, they arrived (within 2.5 hours, no less!) and all 3 men were quick, professional, and a pleasure to work with. They made a day that had become very complicated a lot more bearable. Highly recommend them and will absolutely be calling them the next time we move! Thank you!

Does not return phone calls, emails, or text from customers or Uhaul/Movinghelp.com. Scheduled 1 week in advance. Left us to find another mover within hours. Beware!
