Dan promptly scheduled an in-home estimate and arrived on time. He then scheduled a time to do the repair and again, arrived on time. His estimate was lower than a previously-received one from someone who never came to do the repair. The ceiling sheet rock repair is flawless! The pantry door now closes! He completely cleaned up the work site before leaving. Dan is a skilled professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I will use him again and highly recommend him to you!

INSTALLED CUSTOM MOLDING IN 8 WALL NICHES | Oct 2015 | Four of the niches were 10 1/4" deep by 58" wide. Four were 18" wide by 3 1/4" inches deep. I used cabinet grade panels ,cut them 2" longer than the niche widths and 2" wider than the respective depths. I rounded over the front and end edges with a router. Three coats of primer with sanding between coats was required with caulking and a final top coat. I installed casing with the ends returned to the walls under the top boards. The prep work was off site and required a day. | $680 | Wake Forest, NC
Ceiling Repair and Paint | Jun 2014 | Replaced 3 sheets of ceiling drywall due to an upstairs water leak. Taped all seams and spread 3 coats of joint compound. After a final sanding, I painted the new drywall with a primer coat and finished with a a top coat of ceiling white over the entire ceiling which was about 750 square feet. Project required renting a panel lift and covering all the furniture with plastic sheeting for dust protection. This project was extended due to the frequent moving of furniture during dry walling and painting and added about $350.00 to the cost. | $1k | Raleigh, NC
