Bryan did some work on my house a while back. He was recommended by my realtor. After he didn't show up to 3 different appointments, I decided I didn't want to work with him. I then learned that the lawyer had made a mistake and had already given my money to Bryan. Even though he had not done any work on my house, Bryan would not return my money. It took months to get him to show up and do any work. He was supposed to fix up my crawlspace including: laying vapor barrier, replacing duct work, installing insulation, installing a dryer vent, and installing a crawlspace door. He would show up when he wanted whether I was expecting him that day or not. He even showed up on a day that I was not expecting him and set off my alarm. Roughly 4 months after he "finished", I ended up replacing much of his work. There was duct work far under my house that he never even touched even though he told me he had replaced all the duct work and large sections of missing insulation. I know he didn't replace the duct work because it was full of little kids toys from the previous home owner. I would not recommend William Walker Construction to anyone.

Bryan did siding and roof work on two tool sheds for me to bring them into code compliance. He did an excellent job in a timely manner (including dealing with city permits), and at a reasonable price.

Bryan still has not called me back, 9 months later. He was paid for a job that he never completed. He also won't call my neighbor back for work that broke after 1 month. He changed his address, won't respond to attorney generals office's letter and call, and from these recent reviews, it looks like he may have asked his friends to throw up some reviews. I would be very careful with him and find someone else.
