Project was started around July or Aug. 2019. I don't usually write reviews but every time I see last step I get upset so thought I'd write review to help others. Very dissatisfied with how project was handled but still paid full price.

At first everything seemed to go well with new floors for hallway and stairs. They were on time and quote process and samples shown were good quality. But when work started they brought wrong color wood and started to put it down until I stopped them. This delayed project and I had to take more days off work. Then they miscounted amount of steps so didn't bring enough flooring for steps. I thought they just had to bring more but was told it had to be ordered and that I would have to pay for their mistake. Mainor ended up piecing together last step from leftover wood that was cut up. All that was offered as compensation was glazing of my banisters when I rather have partial refund or discount on crappy service and wasted time. Will never again use any company from Porch.

Absolutely fantastic! Mainor and Evelyn were so professional, kind and flexible when we needed it! They made choosing the right floors for our basement easy and they made scheduling as easy as it could be. After Ida flooded our home, working with Woodland to fix it up was a pleasure. Genuinely excited to plan new flooring upstairs so we can work with these wonderful folks again.

It was a great experience. They were very fast and efficient.
