I was extremely pleased with the communication and service I received from GDX. James, my installer, called me to let me know his arrival time. He worked efficiently, explained the workings of my new garage door opener, and was professional and friendly throughout the process. I will definitely call on GDX (and James) to install my other garage door opener!

Purchased a garage door opener from Home Depot with installation and was contacted by GDX within two days of purchase. Easy to set up an installation appointment, James the installer called 15 minutes before arriving, was on time, took him a little less than 45 minutes to install, took the old broken opener with him and then showed me how to change the light bulbs in the unit, put the opener in vacation mode and explained how the safety sensors worked as well as the various modes so I'd know what was causing the door to stay up! Friendly & Customer-centric service - appreciated the whole quick process. Would definitely recommend and use again - 10/10

What a great company to work with! They were there exactly when they said they would be and they were fast and efficient. Brian explained what was needed and gave us options- no pressure. Their work was quick and they were very polite. A real pleasure to do business with! Great prices as well!
