Waddell Pools

We had our pool built by Waddell pools a few years ago. My husband and I could not have had a better experience. Waddell pools and employees created a one of a kind pool and beautiful addition to our backyard, with all the extra help and knowledge on a beach entrance, swim up bar, complete with under water bar stools and outdoor kitchen/bar and a custom one of a kind rock waterfall and beautiful underwater lights that can be changed to any color you like. We get many compliments on our pool and can only thank Waddell pools for taking such great care of us.

Just under 3 years ago Waddell Pools put in our top of the line 25,000 gallon salt water pool w/ mechanical pool cover. 4 weeks ago 1 of our 2 multi-functional LED (disco) pool lights stopped working. I contacted the owner (Jim) trying to get someone to come out to repair or replace the light and have yet to get even much of a response. Clearly customer service after the sale is non-existent at this establishment so be advised and ask about how your pool contractor will stand behind their work and products. After contacting another pool construction company I found out that ALL of our equipment (as it is all Pentair) is covered for a full 3 years under warranty and have since scheduled an repair/replace appointment with this other company. The Waddell website states, “Your satisfaction is our goal” which strikes me as odd given the circumstances here. Here is the exact timeline: Sept. 2016 Our pool was installed by Waddell Pools 7/24/19: I first contacted Jim Waddell informing him that 1 of 2 of our LED pool lights was not working. Jim said that Oscar Roberson 530-366-8664 was his repairman and that I should contact him which I did that day. After not hearing from Oscar for 48 hours I informed Jim who said he would contact Oscar for me. 8/3/19: I let Jim know I had still not heard from Oscar and asked if he had someone else for the repair. Jim said he’d try to reach Oscar. 8/16/19: I let Jim know I had still not heard from anyone re: our repair and I am still waiting. I got no response. 8/17/19: I emailed Jimmy@waddellpool.com (address listed on their web site) and as of 8/23/19 have yet to hear back from anyone at their company.
