Be sure to get as much information up front as possible! These rip off artists came to my home to replace a breaker. They were there MAYBE 30 minutes and charged us over $300! They produced an invoice with NO detail so we had no clue why the bill was so high. My husband called Wayne to ask for detail of the invoice and after what I guess Wayne thought were too many questions he told my husband to go "F" himself! (He used the actual F word to a customer!)
